Please contact the
desired training facilitator to register for the appropriate course. The training facilitator fees are payable to
that facility. In addition, send a
check, money order or purchase order in the amount of $160.00, payable to the
Division of Drinking Water, as your notice of intent to obtain certification as
a Utah Class I - Cross Connection Control Program Administrator.
